Il kit Allplex™ 2019 n-CoV Assay è un test multiplex Real-time PCR per lo screening e conferma simultanea delle infezioni COVID-19.
I target molecolari sono quelli indicati dal WHO (OMS) e US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention e dal Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
Rileva correttamente l'RNA del virus SARS-CoV-2 anche in presenza della variante inglese del virus (B.1.1.7 lineage) e della variante sudafricana (501Y.V2).
Il kit è basato sulla tecnologia Seegene MuDT™ che rende possibile rilevare valori multipli di Ct di ogni patogeno in ogni singolo canale dello strumento Real-time PCR.
Il pannello analitico include un controllo interno esogeno.
